Along with with a few friends, we've built and proven the LeanInno model over the last 5 years at companies of all sizes including Caterpillar, Inc. and startups from 1871 and the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation in Chicago.  It's a mash-up of Lean Startup, Strategyzer, Human-Centered Design, entrepreneurial programs at UC Berkeley and Stanford, and more.
